Our Vasectomy Reversal Payment Information Makes It Easy For You
You may have come to this page to seek payment information after booking through our online booking system or you may just be enquiring as to how it can be made. If there is anything missing, please ask.
Payment of your vasectomy reversal needs to made 14 days in advance of the procedure. If you feel that you will not be able to make the payment 14 days before, please ring us on 0115 837 0300 or email us by this link.
Payment is preferred by credit card, debit card, the BMI Payment Plan Card, banker’s draft and cheque.
Personal cheques will not be accepted on the day. A personal cheque needs 10 working days to process so please send 3 weeks prior to surgery to ensure that it clears. The cheque needs to made out to “BMI Healthcare Ltd” and on the reverse should be written:
- your name,
- your unique number (as quoted in your BMI letter of confirmation)
- The BMI Park Hospital (as the location of your vasetomy reversal surgery).

Building Society or Bank Drafts.
As these are”cleared” funds, they can be presented on the day of surgery. Please ensure that it is made out to The BMI Park Hospital”.
BMI Payment Plan Card.
We can provide finance through the BMI Payment Plan Card. This is a credit assessed finance scheme starting with a period of 12 months 0% finance After this period of time, there is a 9.9% APR until the balance is cleared. Every month, you would need to pay the minimum balance which is 5% of the outstanding amount. Anyone can apply for the card. If you have obtained a BMI Payment Plan Card, please ring 0161 216 2500 prior to the date of surgery to arrange payment.
If you are interested in a BMI Payment Plan Card, you can obtain the application form for a BMI Card by emailing us your request. Just fill it in and send it off and you should hear within a few days. Or you can apply online. Full details and a link to the form can be found here.

Credit or Debit Card Payment
The BMI Healthcare group now have an online facility to making debit and credit card payments. This is a secure system and you will automatically receive a receipt of payment if you pay online. If you want to pay over the phone, you will need to ring 0161 216 2707 and you are welcome to do so but if you wisht to have a receipt, you must remember to ask for one as this is to an automatic process.
To make any payment over the phone or online you will need the letter from the BMI Park Hospital stating your hospital number to make the payment.
Very occasionally, there is a wait on the phone, or it seems that the online payment screen is moving too slowly. Please wait and try again. If you are worried about the time frame in relation to your surgery date, please do ring us.
Receipts for Payment
If you would like a receipt for your payment, then please use the online payment system as this will automatically generate proof of payment. This will be immediately, by email, and will confirm the amount you have paid together with of all your details.
