Payment of your vasectomy reversal needs to made around 7 days in advance of the procedure. If you feel that you will not be able to make the payment 7 days before, please ring us on 0845 9011 891.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, the BMI Payment Plan Card or credit / debit card.
Cash
The full amount can be accepted on the day of the vasectomy reversal. Please check that it is the correct amount.
Cheques
Personal cheques will not be accepted on the day. A personal cheque needs 10 working days to process so please send 3 weeks prior to surgery to ensure that it clears. The cheque needs to made out to "BMI Healthcare Ltd" and on the reverse should be written:
your name,
your unique number (as quoted in your BMI letter of confirmation)
The BMI Park Hospital (as the location of your vasetomy reversal surgery).

Building Society or Bank Draughts.
As these are"cleared" funds, they can be presented on the day of surgery. Please ensure that it is made out to The BMI Park Hospital".
BMI Payment Plan Card.
If you have obtained a BMI Payment Plan Card, please ring 020 7009 4560 prior to the date of surgery to arrange payment.

If you would like a receipt for your payment, then please use the online payment system as this will automatically generate proof of payment. This will be immediately, by email, and will confirm the amount you have paid together with of all your details.
